Q: How do I raise a support request?

A: To raise a ticket, simply click the "My Support" menu item (above) to access your support area.

From your support area, you can create new support tickets, track your submitted tickets and reply to our support staff.

Submitting a new support ticket
1. Go to your support area by clicking "My Support".



2. Click the "New Ticket" button.



3. Fill in all the fields with as much information as possible so our support staff can get you immediate help.



4. Click the "Send" button to submit your new support ticket.



When you submit a ticket, you are emailed the details you entered along with a link to track the new ticket outside of your support area.

Tracking a support ticket
There are two ways you can track the progress of your support ticket.
1. Track the progress of your ticket by clicking the link sent to your email address when you submitted the ticket.
2. Track your tickets from your support area, by clicking on the "view ticket" link along side the ticket you want to track.



Updates to your support ticket
You are automatically notified by email when the ticket has been updated by our support staff.
